Job Summary

MJS Janitorial Service is in IMMEDIATE need to hire a timely, DEPENDABLE person for a Bank doing custodial work.

Looking for serious individuals that take pride in their work and who can pass a background check.

Schedule: Duration of Cleaning is 5 Days out of the Week: Monday-Friday and some Saturday's if the location is open on.

Duties/Responsibilities
• Maintains and cleans all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming if required.
• Dusting and wipe down customer counters and break room chairs.
• Collects and disposes of paper and trash items.
• Cleans, monitors and maintains restrooms, employee lounge, corridors, bank entrance areas.
• Empties trash receptacles for proper disposal; use of can for certain materials.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, microwaves as necessary.
• Spot clean carpets as needed during the nightly clean.

Advise supervisor of larger stains.
• Replenishes paper products and sanitary supplies daily as needed.
• Follows housekeeping schedule outlined by the immediate supervisor.
• Other duties may be assigned, as required by scope of work or customer needs.

You will be cleaning two banks, the one listed and the second is at 1208 Greenbrier Pkwy.

All banks have their own days and hours of operation.

NEED VALID DRIVERS LICENSE/ MUST HAVE YOUR OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION & NO FELONY RECORDS & MUST HAVE JANITORIAL EXPERIENCE.
