We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our culinary team as an Experienced Chef and Leader.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to the highest standards, while also contributing to the development of new dishes and menus.

Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Develop and implement new recipes and menus.
• Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.

Requirements
• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary skills, and kitchen equipment.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality settings.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• A passion for cooking and a desire to continually improve culinary skills is essential.
