We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Waiters and Waitresses to join the hospitality team at a prestigious 5★ hotel in Mayfair, London.

We are recruiting for two types of positions: Food Waiters and Event / Banqueting Waiters.

The Role

Food Waiters

Food Waiters will mainly be responsible for food service during hospitality functions at the hotel.

Shifts are approximately 4 hours.

Main responsibility is serving food efficiently and professionally.

Event / Banqueting Waiters

Event and Banqueting Waiters will support evening corporate events, gala dinners, awards ceremonies and other functions held at the hotel.

These shifts can be up to 12 hours.

Start Date: Week commencing 14th September
Location: 5★ Hotel, Mayfair, London
Pay: £13.00 per hour

This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who enjoy working at prestigious events and are comfortable working longer evening and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and efficient manner.

• Set up and clear tables before, during and after service.

• Assist with the smooth running of food service and events.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

• Provide a friendly and professional service to guests.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and event management.

• Work effectively as part of a busy hospitality team.

• Assist with clearing and resetting areas throughout the event.

• Ensure guests receive a positive and professional experience.

Requirements
• Previous waiting, hospitality or catering experience is preferred.

• Experience within a hotel or events environment is an advantage.

• Reliable, hardworking and professional attitude.

• Well-presented and confident when working with guests.

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-end hotel environment.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Event / Banqueting Waiters should have good spoken English and be confident communicating with guests.

• Availability to work the required shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• Ability to work longer shifts for event and banqueting positions.

• Right to work in the UK.
