About the Position

Primary Responsibilities

• Collect outgoing mail from approved collection points.
• Scan packages and update delivery information using assigned equipment.
• Obtain signatures when required for specific deliveries.
• Follow established procedures for delayed, damaged, or undeliverable items.
• Protect mail packages, equipment, and customer information.
• Provide polite and helpful service during customer interactions.
• Report delivery concerns, safety issues, or equipment problems promptly.
• Complete additional route assignments when operational needs change.
